I've added the turkey gumbo to my winter menu. It's really a simple recipe. Just dump turkey breast cut into bite-sized chunks, a Cajun rice mix, rinsed and drained kidney beans, and diced tomatoes with garlic into a crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Yummy!
