Too funny! I obsess about this, too. We have had computers die twice, once losing some photographs, that I had neglected to back up. Inspiring GREAT angst in me. Technology- it's a love/hate relationship!!

My sister is one of those people who zaps wristwatches. Their batteries die within a week or two of her getting them. Finally she bought herself a very expensive self-winding watch that doesn't use batteries. Hopefully that one will last.

Both my husband and father sent me emails this week that I never got. Both of them had attachments (not sure if that's a clue). That said, they were both really important and I'm a little nervous about what else I've missed.
