The format for the postnatal rescue sounds quite interesting. I remember feeling like I had lost all muscle tone for a few months, so I'm sure I would happily start slowly :). Although I have to keep reminding myself that may have been the result of the surprise appendectomy.... I guess I'll see if it's different this time around.
